My name is Henry Sisa, and I was born and raised in a small town called La Esperanza in the countryside in the north of Ecuador, near the town of Otavalo. On one of my expeditions as a trip leader, I learned a saying from one of my customers: ‘pain is temporary and victory is forever.” I truly believe in implementing this into my life each and every day. As the love for my country increased with the years guiding, it was a necessity for me to innovate tourism, making sure that every tour would operate solidly based on creating the most authentic experiences: I focused on building Adventure Journeys Tour Operator. Nowadays, I can say with confidence that AJ has become a leading company in adventure travel. In addition, we offer our expertise and knowledge for classic experiences, whether it be for the family or large tour groups, tailor-made private holidays to provide only the highest quality of service.
